A jav\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s szavatoss\u00e1gi szab\u00e1lyok m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak c\u00e9lja a jav\u00edt\u00e1sok \u00f6szt\u00f6nz\u00e9se a csere helyett &#8211;<\/strong> h\u00edvja fel a figyelmet a Baker McKenzie \u00fcgyv\u00e9di iroda, az MTI-hez eljuttatott k\u00f6zlem\u00e9ny\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jav\u00edt\u00e1s \u00f6szt\u00f6nz\u00e9se:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Az <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/european-union.europa.eu\/index_hu\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/european-union.europa.eu\/index_hu\">Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3<\/a><\/strong>, jav\u00edt\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jogr\u00f3l (Right to Repair) sz\u00f3l\u00f3 ir\u00e1nyelv\u00e9nek magyarorsz\u00e1gi \u00e1t\u00fcltet\u00e9se, az err\u0151l kiadott rendelet azt a c\u00e9lt szolg\u00e1lja, hogy a fogyaszt\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a jav\u00edt\u00e1s k\u00f6nnyebben el\u00e9rhet\u0151 \u00e9s vonz\u00f3bb lehet\u0151s\u00e9g legyen a cser\u00e9n\u00e9l vagy egy \u00faj term\u00e9k v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Az \u00faj szab\u00e1lyok szerint bizonyos term\u00e9keket a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3nak a fogyaszt\u00f3 k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re akkor is meg kell jav\u00edtania, ha a hiba am\u00fagy nem tartozik a hib\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9s k\u00f6r\u00e9be.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A lista m\u00e9g v\u00e1ltozhat:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 rendelettervezet szerint<strong> a k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g jelenleg &#8211; t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt &#8211; a mos\u00f3g\u00e9pekre, mosogat\u00f3g\u00e9pekre, h\u0171t\u0151kre, porsz\u00edv\u00f3kra, sz\u00e1r\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9pekre, elektronikus kijelz\u0151kre, okostelefonokra \u00e9s t\u00e1blag\u00e9pekre, valamint egyes f\u0171t\u0151berendez\u00e9sekre terjedne ki. <\/strong>A lista azonban m\u00e9g v\u00e1ltozhat &#8211; \u00edrt\u00e1k.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A jogszab\u00e1ly t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt kimondja:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha egy term\u00e9ket szavatoss\u00e1gi hiba miatt jav\u00edtanak meg, a szavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny el\u00e9v\u00fcl\u00e9si ideje egy alkalommal tov\u00e1bbi 12 h\u00f3nappal meghosszabbodik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ez nemcsak azokra a term\u00e9kekre vonatkozik, amelyekn\u00e9l k\u00f6telez\u0151 jav\u00edt\u00e1si szab\u00e1ly van \u00e9rv\u00e9nyben, hanem b\u00e1rmely olyan term\u00e9kre, amelyet egy v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s mag\u00e1nszem\u00e9ly fogyaszt\u00f3nak ad el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u00f3talkatr\u00e9szek:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A jav\u00edt\u00e1st \u00e9szszer\u0171 id\u0151n bel\u00fcl, ingyenesen vagy \u00e9szszer\u0171 d\u00edj ellen\u00e9ben kell elv\u00e9gezni.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A jav\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g nem \u00e1ll fenn, ha a term\u00e9k jav\u00edt\u00e1sa objekt\u00edve lehetetlen.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3nak a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges p\u00f3talkatr\u00e9szeket \u00e9s tartoz\u00e9kokat is olyan \u00e1ron kell k\u00edn\u00e1lnia, amely nem t\u00e1ntor\u00edtja el a fogyaszt\u00f3t a jav\u00edt\u00e1st\u00f3l &#8211; emelte ki az \u00fcgyv\u00e9di iroda.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00fcggetlen szervizv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A rendelet szerint a fogyaszt\u00f3k f\u00fcggetlen szervizt is v\u00e1laszthatnak. Ezek eredeti vagy haszn\u00e1lt, kompatibilis, illetve 3D nyomtat\u00e1ssal k\u00e9sz\u00fclt p\u00f3talkatr\u00e9szeket is haszn\u00e1lhatnak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nem tagadhatja meg a jav\u00edt\u00e1st:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 sem szerz\u0151d\u00e9ses felt\u00e9telekkel, sem hardveres vagy szoftveres megold\u00e1sokkal nem akad\u00e1lyozhatja az \u00e9rintett term\u00e9kek jav\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 a jav\u00edt\u00e1st arra hivatkoz\u00e1ssal sem tagadhatja meg, hogy a term\u00e9ket kor\u00e1bban m\u00e1s szerviz jav\u00edtotta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jav\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A jav\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g f\u0151szab\u00e1ly szerint a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3t terheli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha azonban a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3nak nincs uni\u00f3s sz\u00e9khelye vagy fi\u00f3ktelepe, a felel\u0151ss\u00e9g \u00e1tsz\u00e1ll a meghatalmazott k\u00e9pvisel\u0151re, ennek hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban az import\u0151rre, v\u00e9gs\u0151 soron pedig a forgalmaz\u00f3ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forr\u00e1s: mti.hu<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H\u00e9tf\u0151n l\u00e9pett hat\u00e1lyba Magyarorsz\u00e1gon az a m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s, amely minden fogyaszt\u00f3i term\u00e9ket \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u0151 v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1st \u00e9rinthet.
