A m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s hat\u00e1lybal\u00e9p\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151 napon a hivatalban l\u00e9v\u0151 k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6k megb\u00edzat\u00e1sa megsz\u0171nik.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az \u00e1llamf\u0151 a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi oldal\u00e1ra felt\u00f6lt\u00f6tt vide\u00f3ban azt mondta, mivel az alkotm\u00e1nym\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sok tartalmi k\u00e9rd\u00e9seivel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben a k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6k nem fordulhat az Alkotm\u00e1nyb\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz, azaz tartalmi kontroll nem \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00fclhet, \u00edgy &#8222;<em>az alkotm\u00e1nyos elveket s\u00e9rt\u0151, de az Orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9s, mint alkotm\u00e1nym\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00f3 hatalom \u00e1ltal t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes elj\u00e1r\u00e1s keret\u00e9ben elfogadott jelen m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1ssal szemben alkotm\u00e1nyos eszk\u00f6zzel nincs m\u00f3dom \u00e9lni&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>&#8222;Alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben foglalt k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gemnek &#8211; jogi lehet\u0151s\u00e9geim \u00e9s lelkiismeretem alapos m\u00e9rlegel\u00e9se ut\u00e1n &#8211; eleget teszek. Al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1som k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6ki k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9geim \u00e9s a k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6ki int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny ir\u00e1nt tan\u00fas\u00edtott teljes \u00e9s minden k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti tiszteletem v\u00e9gs\u0151 pecs\u00e9tje&#8221;<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; fogalmazott Sulyok Tam\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiemelte, hogy \u0151 az alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9nyt mindv\u00e9gig megtartotta, azt meg nem s\u00e9rtette, feladatait annak teljes tisztelet\u00e9vel l\u00e1tta el, hozz\u00e1t\u00e9ve, hogy ez\u00e9rt sem tagadta meg az al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1st, amivel jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9st k\u00f6vetett volna el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Az \u00e1llamf\u0151 a politikai hatalommal val\u00f3 vissza\u00e9l\u00e9s s\u00falyos \u00e9s sz\u00e9gyenteljes t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi p\u00e9ld\u00e1j\u00e1nak nevezte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A tizenhetedik alkotm\u00e1nym\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1st az \u00e1llamf\u0151 a politikai hatalommal val\u00f3 vissza\u00e9l\u00e9s s\u00falyos \u00e9s sz\u00e9gyenteljes t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi p\u00e9ld\u00e1j\u00e1nak nevezte, amely szerinte t\u00f6r\u00e9spontot hozott a magyar alkotm\u00e1nyos demokr\u00e1ci\u00e1ban, \u00e9s m\u00e9ly sebet ejt a demokr\u00e1cia, a hatalmi \u00e1gak megoszt\u00e1sa \u00e9s a jog\u00e1llamis\u00e1g alkotm\u00e1nyos \u00e9rt\u00e9kein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8222;A szabad t\u00e1rsadalom alap\u00e9rt\u00e9keit, a jog\u00e1llamot a demokr\u00e1ci\u00e1t a hatalommegoszt\u00e1s elv\u00e9t hatalmi \u00e9rdekb\u0151l megtapost\u00e1k. E d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9rt a kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos felel\u0151ss\u00e9g az alkotm\u00e1nym\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00f3 hatalmat terheli&#8221;&nbsp;<\/em>&#8211; jelentette ki Sulyok Tam\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6k annak a v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00e9nek adott hangot, hogy ezzel a d\u00f6nt\u00e9ssel megsz\u0171nik az 1956 \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9b\u0151l a rendszerv\u00e1lt\u00e1skor l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt demokratikus jog\u00e1llam, valamint a k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6k rendszerv\u00e1lt\u00e1s \u00f3ta v\u00e1ltozatlan legitimit\u00e1sa is.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elmozd\u00edt\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n &#8222;<em>a k\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi eln\u00f6ki int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny a v\u00e9grehajt\u00f3 hatalom \u00e9s a politika kiszolg\u00e1ltatottj\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1lik, k\u00f6zjogi szerepe elhalv\u00e1nyul, alapfunkci\u00f3ja megsz\u0171nik.
