Az adatok alapj\u00e1n egy \u00e1tlagos magyar munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 fizet\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6zel fele t\u0171nik el ad\u00f3k \u00e9s j\u00e1rul\u00e9kok form\u00e1j\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u201eTaxing Wages 2026\u201d jelent\u00e9s szerint 2025-ben a gyermektelen, \u00e1tlagb\u00e9rt keres\u0151 munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben a teljes ad\u00f3\u00e9k 41,2 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k volt. Ez az \u00e9rt\u00e9k meghaladja a 35,1 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kos OECD-\u00e1tlagot, ami azt jelzi, hogy a magyar ad\u00f3rendszer tov\u00e1bbra is az \u00e1tlag feletti terhel\u00e9st jelent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mit jelent az ad\u00f3\u00e9k val\u00f3j\u00e1ban?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az ad\u00f3\u00e9k azt mutatja meg, hogy a teljes munkaer\u0151k\u00f6lts\u00e9gb\u0151l \u2013 vagyis a brutt\u00f3 b\u00e9rb\u0151l \u00e9s a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i terhekb\u0151l \u2013 mekkora r\u00e9szt von el az \u00e1llam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magyarorsz\u00e1gon ez az ar\u00e1ny az elm\u00falt \u00e9vben nem v\u00e1ltozott jelent\u0151sen, mik\u00f6zben t\u00f6bb OECD-orsz\u00e1gban n\u00f6veked\u00e9s volt tapasztalhat\u00f3. Ez r\u00f6vid t\u00e1von stabilit\u00e1st jelez, ugyanakkor arra is utal, hogy a hazai rendszer kev\u00e9sb\u00e9 k\u00f6veti a nemzetk\u00f6zi trendeket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A j\u00e1rul\u00e9kok viszik el a p\u00e9nz nagy r\u00e9sz\u00e9t<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A magyar rendszer egyik legfontosabb saj\u00e1toss\u00e1ga, hogy az ad\u00f3terhel\u00e9s s\u00falypontja nem a szem\u00e9lyi j\u00f6vedelemad\u00f3n van, hanem a j\u00e1rul\u00e9kokon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ez azt jelenti, hogy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i j\u00e1rul\u00e9kok jelent\u0151s terhet jelentenek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i k\u00f6lts\u00e9gek is magasak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a nett\u00f3 fizet\u00e9sek \u00edgy alacsonyabbak maradnak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ez a szerkezet k\u00f6zvetlen hat\u00e1ssal van a foglalkoztat\u00e1s k\u00f6lts\u00e9geire \u00e9s a dolgoz\u00f3k t\u00e9nyleges j\u00f6vedelm\u00e9re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Csal\u00e1di kedvezm\u00e9nyek enyh\u00edtik a terheket<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A gyermeket nevel\u0151 csal\u00e1dok eset\u00e9ben a helyzet kedvez\u0151bb.
